The local government of Noveleta, Cavite turned over 30 Food Carts to selected 4Ps of the locality during the simple program at municipal hall promenade on April 23 to provide livelihood assistance during the pandemic. The “Tulong Puhunan” program was led by Noveleta Mayor Dino Reyes Chua (2nd from right).
