AC Energy eyes P13.1B from follow-on offering

AC Energy Corp. has set the offer price for its planned follow-on offering (FOO) at P6.50 per share, the listed firm told the local bourse on Thursday.

AC Energy is expected to raise about P13.1 billion from the sale of up to 2,010,248,617 common shares.
