Following the need of the country for more vaccines and faster implementation of the vaccination program, Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship and Go Negosyo Founder, Joey Concepcion, joined the Joint Meeting of the Committee on Trade and Industry and Committee on Health recently where he presented the private sector vaccine plan. Concepcion also mentioned during the hearing that he will present to National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (NITAG) the private sector recommendation and plan and will request the technical advisory group to be more flexible.

“What we want to appeal to DoH and Nitag is to give the private sector the flexibility because if you look at the industries that we presented who purchased the vaccines, there are so many industries who have different positions and we listed them all. Since they all belong to that particular company, under the same sector, we should just allow them to inoculate all those in that list of A4, so that is what we are going to request to Nitag, that is important,” Concepcion forwarded.
