CONSUMERS of the Occidental Mindoro Electric Cooperative Inc. (Omeco) have expressed their outrage on social media over the daily rotational “brownout” and unscheduled power outages in the province.
One consumer posted: "Magsara na lang kayo tanggap na namin na walang kuryente kesa araw araw aasa kami na walang brownout (Just shut down. We’ve accepted the fact that we have no electricity.That’s better than expecting that there will be no brownout)."
