BAGUIO CITY: Four students from Marikina City were caught in possession of marijuana worth P990,000 by joint operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Cordillera and local policemen in Sadanga, Mountain Province on Monday night.
Acting on a tip, government anti-narcotics agents set up a checkpoint at Sitio Ampawilen, Poblacion, Sadanga at around 11:35 p.m. and intercepted a Black Toyota Avanza which came from Kalinga.
