TACLOBAN CITY: The recurring low power voltage and brownouts in the entire province of Eastern Samar may soon be a thing of the past as Taft Hydro Energy has vowed to provide a stable supply of power in the province and in some parts of Samar.
Lucille Jonathan Tabinas, operations manager of Taft Hydro Energy, said that the company is expected to be operational in July this year.
