Metro Manila residents will get the first doses of Russia’s Sputnik V vaccine against Covid-19 because the vaccine has to be administered immediately and the National Capital Region can meet one of the vaccine’s cold storage requirements, Malacañang spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said.
