With the confirmation of seven new positive cases of Covid-19, the number of confirmed cases in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro had reached 1,005, the City Health and Sanitation Department said.

In his social media post on Sunday, Mayor Arnan C. Panaligan said that the new seven positive cases are three hospital staff, one employee of the port authority and three more individuals from the villages (barangay) of San Vicente East, Masipit and Camansihan.
