Moderna applies for EUA

United States drugmaker Moderna has applied for an Emergency Use Authorization for its mRNA-1273 coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccine, the Food and Drug Administration said on Monday.

FDA Director-General Rolando Enrique Domingo said that the agency is checking the documents submitted by Moderna.
