The Supreme Court on Thursday set oral arguments on the controversial Anti-Terrorism Law on April 27 at 2:30 p.m. via videoconferencing.
The high court, however, clarified videoconferencing proceedings shall only apply on this case as “personal appearance before the Court en banc remains to be the primary mode of conducting oral arguments.”
