FILM and television actress Angel Locsin apologized to the family of a senior citizen who died Friday morning after lining up at a community pantry she organized in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
The man, identified as Rolando dela Cruz, 67, reportedly went to the area as early as 3 a.m. and fainted in the queue. He was declared dead on arrival at about 9:20 a.m. after he was rushed to East Avenue Medical Center. The cause of death is not immediately clear.
