CEBU: KCS Computer Specialist-Mandaue City and ARQ Builders-Lapu-Lapu City showed off their mastery over teams outside of Cebu in the 2021-Chooks-to-Go VisMin Super Cup on Wednesday at the Alcantara Civic Center in Alcantara town.
