THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Monday vowed to intensify efforts to prevent corruption, with Secretary Mark Villar signing a Pledge of Cooperation and Oath of Honesty Manifesto in partnership with the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC).
