Gatchalian promotes use of electric vehicles

Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian filed on Wednesday Senate Bill 1382 or the “Electric Vehicles and Charging Stations Act,” which seeks to build infrastructure that will support the wider use of electric vehicles (EVs).
