The National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP), catering to the training needs of both Filipino seafarers and the maritime allied workforce in line with its mandate, conducts series of online training courses to the Coast Guard Education, Training and Doctrine Command (CGETDC) personnel starting March 10 to 26, 2021.
In response to the request sent by the CGETDC to NMP, the Prevention of Alcohol and Drug Abuse in the Maritime Sector (PADAMS), STD/HIV/AIDS Prevention in the Maritime Sector (SHAPIMS), and Gender Sensitivity Training for Seafarers (GSTS) were delivered to a hundred CGETDC personnel FREE of charge through the Zoom video conferencing platform on predetermined dates.
