Duterte ally urged to run for mayor in Olongapo

OLONGAPO CITY: An ardent ally of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and son of a mayor here is being urged to throw his hat into the upcoming mayoral race in this city next year.

Michael “Mike” Macapagal, currently a member of the board of the state-run Philippine National Oil Company, is being pushed by his PDP-Laban party mates, including those in the private, business, civic, sectoral and barangay groups to run for the mayoral post in the coming national and local elections.
