LEADING mobile services provider Smart Communications Inc. (Smart) has teamed up once again with Shanghai-based developer Moonton as its official telco partner of the upcoming season of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL), the Philippines’ largest mobile e-sports league.
