The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) is considering translating the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) guidelines into Tagalog and other dialects.
Confusion in the interpretation of the guidelines was evident in an incident in Barangay Muzon in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan last week wherein a village officer barred a food delivery rider from entering the area to deliver “lugaw” or rice porridge, saying the item was considered non-essential.
