BATAC CITY, Ilocos Norte: The State university-based Food Processing and Innovation Center (FPIC) here is ready to boost the garlic industry in the province with the assistance of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under its shared service facility (SSF) initiative.

On March 12, 2021, the DTI turned over to the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) an SSF on garlic processing for the university’s FPIC.
