CEBU: Omega Boxing Gym’s rising stars Mark “Thunder” Vicelles and Pete “Thunder” Apolinar carved out victories in a separate fashion in the main event bouts of the two-part Kumbati series at the IPI Compound in Mandaue City on March 27, 2021.
