Suspects in Dacera case file countercharges vs accusers

SEVERAL suspects in the alleged rape-slay of flight attendant Christine Dacera filed countercharges against her mother and seven other individuals.

Lawyer Mike Santiago, legal counsel for Gregorio Angelo Rafael de Guzman, Rommel Galido, Jezreel Rapinan, Valentine Rosales and John Pascual dela Serna, filed before the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office perjury, libel, cyber libel, malicious prosecution, incriminating innocent persons, intriguing against honor, and slander or oral defamation against Sharon Rose Dacera, Marichi Fong, Katherine Dacera, their family spokesman Brick Reyes; and P/Cpl Louie Lopez, PSSG Jun Alimurong, P/Capt Danilo Oamil, and Col. Harold Depositar.
