SEN. Ana Theresia “Risa” Hontiveros on Tuesday identified five Bureau of Immigration personnel allegedly involved in the trafficking of Filipino women.
These were Mark Darwin Talha, Nerissa Pineda, John Michael Angeles and Ervin Ortañez, who allegedly stamped the passports of at least four victims.
