PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission Commissioner and former Manila Councilor Greco Belgica as chairman of the (PACC).
Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. confirmed this to The Manila Times on Wednesday.
