POLICE personnel in the National Capital Region (NCR) or Metro Manila and four adjacent provinces will be deployed to guard entry and exit points after these areas have been placed in a “bubble” to contain the surge of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Lt. Gen. Guillermo Lorenzo  Eleazar, officer-in-charge of the Philippine National Police (PNP), issued the order on Tuesday to all chiefs of police of the towns and cities between the boundaries of Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite and Rizal and NCR.
