Japanese Ambassador Koshikawa Kazuhiko signed grant contracts on March 17 with Japanese non-government organizations (NGOs) conducting activities in the Philippines namely Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) International, Ikaw-Ako and The Japan Agricultural Exchange Council (JAEC).
