200 Chinese ships mass at West PH Sea reef

A government monitoring agency said more than 200 Chinese vessels have massed at a reef in the West Philippine Sea.

The disclosure by the National Task Force on the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) over the weekend raised questions over the response from top security officials to what appears to be a serious incursion of Philippine territory.
