The budget utilization of government agencies moderated in the first two months of the year, data from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) showed over the weekend.
Agencies used P448.70 billion of the P528.47 billion released under the Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) from January to February, translating to a utilization ratio of 85 percent, easing from 87 percent in the same period last year.
