PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Debold Sinas and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency’s top honcho Director-General Wilkins Villanueva have both tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

I don’t know about Villanueva, but Sinas will not die of the dreaded virus infection.
