CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: Two ranking officers of the New People’s Army (NPA) were collared by government forces in Bukidnon on Monday.
A police report reaching the regional police command here Tuesday identified the suspects as Helen Cagas, deputy secretary of the NPA’s GF6 command and a certain Lea, finance officer of the Regional Urban Committee.
