Corrupt BI execs linked to human trafficking

SEN. Ana Theresia Hontiveros on Tuesday alleged that corrupt Bureau of Immigration (BI) officials get P50,000 per Filipino trafficked out of the country.

The senator shared the story of “Alice,” who was trafficked into Syria through the “help” of some unidentified immigration officers in the airport.
