Judge who freed journalist, trade unionist ‘red-tagged’ 

A TARPAULIN 'red tagging' a judge was displayed in Mandaluyong City after she ordered the dismissal of illegal possession of explosive charges against a journalist and a trade unionist.

Judge Monique Quisumbing Ignacio of the Mandaluyong Regional Trial Court Branch 209, was pictured in a tarpaulin on Shaw Boulevard corner EDSA in Mandaluyong, where she was congratulated for freeing Manila Today’s editor Lady Ann Salem and Rodrigo  Esparago.
