Three kilograms of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P20.4 million were seized in a buy-bust operation Sunday morning at Barangay Walled City in Jolo, Sulu, according to Brig. Gen. Samuel Rodriguez, police chief of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
The suspect was identified as Ali Abduhalim, 44, resident of Brgy. Bas-Nonok, Lugus, Sulu.
