8990’s 30-day peak at P9.30 against P1 par value

The website of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) listed the stocks of 8990 Holdings Inc., which uses “HOUSE” as an acronym, as among those that are publicly traded. Its last filing was dated Nov. 17, 2020 and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It was signed by Daniel Gabuyo, the commission’s assistant director.

In its public ownership report (POR) that was posted on the PSE website on October 15, 8990 reported having 5,517,990,720 issued common shares as of September 30. Of these, it held 126,591,700 common shares in treasury, leaving it with 5,391,399,020 outstanding common shares.
