THE European Delegation in the Philippines has reminded the Duterte administration's commitment to the Human Rights Council to ensure accountability for human rights violations and abuses.
In a statement on Thursday, the EU Mission in Manila welcomed the Philippine government's move to investigate the killing of nine activists in Southern Tagalog on March 7.
