Envoy’s dismissal just and proper

THE decision to dismiss former Philippine ambassador to Brazil Marichu Mauro from the service, considered “harsh” by some of her colleagues, was just and proper.

President Rodrigo “Digong” Duterte, who signed Mauro’s walking papers, is just being true to his character as a defender of the oppressed.
