Police nab rape suspect in hiding for 23 years

For 23 years, rape suspect Eddie Cariño hid from the law until he was arrested on Tuesday in Pangasinan.

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Debold Sinas said Cariño was nabbed by members of the Quirino province’s police and regional police intelligence unit in a joint operation in Barangay Palenae in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan on Tuesday.
