DAVAO CITY: The local government here is set to roll out its mass immunization drive on Friday following the arrival of some 12,000 doses of Sinovac vaccines in the city Tuesday morning.

In an interview with the city’s Covid-19 Task Force Vaccination Focal Person Dr. Josephine Villafuerte, she said that medical frontliners from the Covid-19 government facilities such as Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) and the designated temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facilities are the first ones to get the vaccines.
