Ambassador Kim Inchul presented his credentials to President Rodrigo Duterte at Malacañang Palace on February 10, signaling the official start of his term as the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Philippines. Previous presentation of credentials was done online. This time however, it was done face-to-face for the first time since the Covid-19 outbreak.
