The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) was alarmed by the arrest of Muslims in Bacoor City, Cavite.
In a statement sent to the Manila Times, NCMF commissioner Yusoph Mando said a number of construction workers in Bacoor were reportedly arrested merely on the suspicion that there were Abu Sayyaf terrorists in the area.
