IF only because the government’s coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) policy is driven by the relentless increase of new cases or infections in the daily reports of the Department of Health (DoH), and because the national policy response will never improve unless we get the Covid testing right, I want to urge the Senate to conduct a full inquiry into the Covid testing system of the government, particularly the use of the RT-PCR test, which is principally employed by the DoH and its score of laboratories and testing stations around the country.
