President Rodrigo Duterte has rejected the proposal of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) to place the entire Philippines under modified general community quarantine (MGCQ).
Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said the President announced his decision during the cabinet meeting on Monday.
