Aguirre leads en banc deliberation on cases as new Napolcom vice chairman

New Napolocom Vice Chairman and Executive Officer Vitaliano Aguirre 2nd presides over the regular en banc deliberation for February where 36 police officers were meted the ultimate penalty of dismissal from the service.

Barely a month upon his assumption as the vice chairman and executive officer of the National Police Commission (Napolcom), Commissioner Vitaliano Aguirre 2nd presided over the first en banc meeting for the year.
