Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) Deputy Director General Aniceto “John” Bertiz III has pressed for training courses tailored fit to hone the skills and expand the range of products available for online retail sellers.
Bertiz said the government should provide better opportunities for online sellers to hone their skills under the new normal, such as digital marketing, customer care relations, running paid advertisements, among many others.
