Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III shows the signed Joint Memorandum Circular constituting the National Employment Recovery Strategy (NERS) Task Force during a virtual signing ceremony at the DoLE Central Office, Intramuros, Manila on February 5.NERS is a medium-term plan that aims to create employment opportunities, improve employability and productivity of workers, and support existing and emerging businesses while taking into consideration the changes in the labor market brought by the pandemic and the fast adoption of the Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies.
