“AURING” has intensified into a tropical storm and is expected to bring heavy rains in Davao and Caraga Region, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.
“Based on the forecast track, Auring may develop into a severe tropical storm prior to its landfall over Caraga Region on Saturday evening or Sunday morning,” it added.
