MALACAÑANG on Thursday maintained that the Senate’s concurrence in the abrogation of the country's Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) with the United States (US) was not needed.
Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. made the statement after Sen. Panfilo Lacson insisted that the Senate’s concurrence was required.
