To bring global educational opportunities to Filipino students, a university in Ilocos Norte and a university in the United States have forged an agreement to establish the first microcampus in the Philippines this year.

Hillary Vance, University of Arizona (UA) senior director of Southeast Asia UA Global, said the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) is their first Philippine university partner in the world campus network.
