THE Bureau of Customs (BOC) has declared an all-out war against cigarette smuggling, which topped the bureau's list as the most smuggled product.
Total estimated value of seized cigarettes reached P5.774 billion or more than half of the total P10.629 billion worth of smuggled goods intercepted by the bureau in 2020.
