Ayala Corp.’s (AC) power business and its foreign partner have secured funding for their solar farm project in Australia, the listed conglomerate said in a disclosure on Monday.

UPC\AC Renewables Australia — a joint venture between AC Energy and Infrastructure Corp. and UPC Renewables — have reached a financial close for the first 400 megawatts (MW) stage of the New England Solar Farm.
