Laguna Second District Congressswoman Ruth Hernandez and Municipality of Bay Mayor Jose Padrid warmly welcome DHSUD Secretary Eduardo Del Rosario as they spearheaded an MoU-signing and groundbreaking ceremony--the housing czar’s second for the day--for a housing project to benefit those from the low-income group also. Rep. Hernandez described the housing project as an early Christmas gift for the people of Bay.
Just like a toddler advancing from infancy, DHSUD took every step seriously from reviewing existing policies and rules governing the housing and real estate sectors to crafting new ones, strengthening housing finance and improving designs in order to cope-up with the current and future challenges as highlighted by the pandemic, as well as climate change.
